Local Collection - Broome Based Customers

For our Broome based customers please note we have an in-store pick up option at the check out where you can collect your order from Clifton Collective in Chinatown.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders are processed in our warehouse within 1-3 business days from ordering and then dispatched via Australia Post.          

Delivery times range between 2-3 business days.  

Please take into account any public holidays or network delays out of our control, as this may alter the delivery time frame.

You will be notified via email once your BARE Leather items have been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to the progress of your order.

Once your parcel is in the possession of the Delivery Contractor, we unfortunately have no control over the exact delivery time, care or condition in which the goods are delivered - nor if they are misplaced en route.

For this reason we offer our customers the option to choose Shipping including insurance for security against this. You will see this option at Checkout.

Please take care when providing your shipping address, to ensure details are complete and correct. BARE Leather will not be responsible for incorrect details provided on the order. 

Shipping on Returns

If you choose to return your item on exchange for something more to your liking - the return postage will be at the customers expense.

If you are returning your item due to a fault we will cover the cost of the shipping label.

International Shipping 

Our International Customers get to purchase our beautiful products too - please note the two options of Standard Shipping and Shipping with Insurance for your convenience.

The customer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes on receiving an international order if applicable. Please check with your local authorities or online for clarification on whether your order exceeds the threshold.
