Returns
Decided BARE Leather isn’t for you?
No problem — we’re happy to offer a refund on any full-priced item, as long as it’s in its original, unused condition with all tags and dust bag included.
Please submit your return request within fourteen (14) days of delivery, and once approved, post your item back to us within five (5) days.
We recommend using a trackable postal method. The cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Be sure to email us your tracking number so we can keep an eye out for your parcel. Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that:
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- The cost of returning your item is not covered by BARE Leather.
- Allow 3–5 business days for the funds to reach your original payment method
Exchanges
If your item isn’t quite right but you’ve got your eye on another BARE Leather piece, we’re happy to offer an exchange for another item.
If you choose an item of lesser value, a store credit will be issued for the price difference.
Please submit your exchange request within fourteen (14) days of delivery, and once approved, post your item back to us within five (5) days.
We recommend using a trackable postal method. The cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Any price difference between exchanged items, along with the postage cost to send your replacement item, is at the customer’s expense. Where possible, please include a pre-paid* postage satchel with your return to help us send your new item quickly.
Once your item has been received in our warehouse in its original condition with tags attached, we’ll process your exchange.
*If a reply-paid satchel isn’t included, we’ll issue an invoice for shipping based on the current Australia Post rates before dispatching your new item.
Sale Items
Please choose your items carefully, as BARE Leather does not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale, seconds, clearance, or promotional items, with the exception of faulty items.
Please note: Our ‘Seconds’ pieces are not considered faulty — they simply feature minor imperfections that don’t meet our usual high standards, but are still perfectly functional and beautiful.
Please note that promotions and discounts cannot be combined, and any active offer will override previous or other discounts.
Return Postage
For change of mind returns, you'll just need to cover the shipping charges. We suggest that you use a postage method you can track.

If your item arrived with an issue or was incorrect, we will cover the cost of the shipping label.
Please note that if you are returning an item - it is your responsibility to post the item in a timely manner as per our policy to avoid any disappointment of the refund / store credit not being honoured.
BARE Leather takes no responsibility for lost packages.
Warranty
Our products are hand crafted from the best quality full grain leather. Leather is a raw material which will fade, darken, stretch and mark over time with use. No two pieces will be the same and each product will display varying characteristics which are not considered a fault.
We provide a six-month manufacturing warranty that covers fault in workmanship or material. Where small manufacturing flaws are able to be repaired, this will be the first option before replacement is offered and will be at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover items that have been damaged by accident, misuse or wear and tear.

Products
Each BARE product is uniquely beautiful and may come with slight natural imperfections. No two pieces will be exactly the same, and some may have natural markings and characteristics that should not be considered a fault.
We have endeavoured to provide web images of our leather products that closely match their actual colours, but due to the differing colour settings of computer, phone and tablet displays, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen will exactly match what you receive. However we will always ensure what is displayed online is as close to the physical product as possible.
Sizes of all items are on our website, however if you are unsure and need further measurements please make contact with our customer service team to get the information needed to ensure you are selecting correctly.
