RETURNS INFORMATION

We want you to be completely happy with your BARE Leather so if you’re not, we’re happy to help you to find something more suitable, issue you with a credit note or offer a full refund on any full price items.

Returns

Decided BARE Leather isn’t for you? No problem! We’ll happily give you a refund on any full price item pending they are in original unused condition (with any tags, dust bag etc).

Please ensure you submit a return request within fourteen (14) days of delivery, and post your item back to us within five (5) days of your return request being approved, preferably via a trackable method.

Be sure to email us the tracking number so we can keep an eye out for it. Once we receive your item at our warehouse in its original condition with tags attached, we will issue you a full refund.

Please note refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 3-5 business days.


Exchanges

If your item is not quite right, but you have your eye on another BARE Leather piece, we are happy to exchange any full price item for an item that is equal or higher value, but remember, no refunds for items of lesser value chosen during exchanges.

Please submit an exchange request within fourteen (14) days of delivery, and post your item back to us within five (5) days of your request being approved, preferably via a trackable method.

Any price difference along with postage to send an alternative item is at your expense.

Please include your own “reply paid postage satchel”. Once your item has been received in our warehouse in original condition with tags attached, we will post your exchanged item to you.

If a reply-paid postage satchel isn't included, we will issue an invoice for shipping based on the current Australia Post guidelines.


Sale Items

Please select your items with care as Bare DOES NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any items purchased on sale, seconds items, clearance items or items purchased during a site wide promotion. Any promotions or discounts will override other offers and cannot be combined with additional discounts.


Return Postage

For change of mind returns, you'll just need to cover the shipping charges. We suggest that you use a postage method you can track.

If your item arrived with an issue or was incorrect, we will cover the cost of the shipping label.

Please note that if you are returning an item - it is your responsibility to post the item in a timely manner as per our policy to avoid any disappointment of the refund / store credit not being honoured.

BARE Leather takes no responsibility for lost packages.


Warranty

Our products are hand crafted from the best quality full grain leather. Leather is a raw material which will fade, darken, stretch and mark over time with use. No two pieces will be the same and each product will display varying characteristics which are not considered a fault. 

We provide a six-month manufacturing warranty that covers fault in workmanship or material. Where small manufacturing flaws are able to be repaired, this will be the first option before replacement is offered and will be at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover items that have been damaged by accident, misuse or wear and tear.

Products

Each BARE product is uniquely beautiful and may come with slight natural imperfections. No two pieces will be exactly the same, and some may have natural markings and characteristics that should not be considered a fault.

We have endeavoured to provide web images of our leather products that closely match their actual colours, but due to the differing colour settings of computer, phone and tablet displays, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen will exactly match what you receive. However we will always ensure what is displayed online is as close to the physical product as possible.

Sizes of all items are on our website, however if you are unsure and need further measurements please make contact with our customer service team to get the information needed to ensure you are selecting correctly.
