How do I track my order?
You will receive an email from us when your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. Occasionally this email may end up in your junk folder, so be sure to check there too! If you have any issues locating your tracking number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Help! I ordered the wrong item, or need to cancel my order?
Don't stress! Email us at email@example.com as soon as possible and we will sort it out for you. We process our orders super quickly though, so as long as you let us know before 9:30 am AWST we should be able to assist you.
Where does your leather come from?
We are an Australian owned and operated business based in the small town of Broome, Western Australia. All of our products are designed right here in our warehouse, however we do outsource the manufacturing overseas to Indonesia where we support local families in ethical and conscious work practices. Our leather is a bi-product of the meat industry and we only use leather hides that originate from ethical conditions.
How do I protect my BARE leather?
What happens if my bag is faulty, or I misplace my wristlet or strap?
We offer our customer a 6 month warranty on all our products, if you have any issues whatsoever please let us know and we will do our best to help you in the most effective way we can. If your item falls outside of our warranty period, please email images and your order reference number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assess accordingly. We have replacement zip tags, wristlets and straps available to purchase.
I purchased a faulty item from a stockist, can you still help me?
Please email email@example.com with images of the fault and proof of purchase and we will do absolutely everything we can to assist. We want you to love your Bare goodies!
