What is your refund policy for items purchased during the Mid Year Sale promotion?
As per our returns policy Bare does not offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased during Site wide promotions. You can find more information here
Can I use any other discount code during the Mid Year Sale?
The Sale discounts will supersede any other discount codes that are floating around.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note: Site wide promotions bring an unprecedented amount of orders received during this time.
We will endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible however there may be delays. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
We aim for orders to be processed within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, and in the hands of Australia Post delivery takes 5-7 business days depending on your location and whether you chose Standard or Express shipping.
You will receive a confirmation when your order is shipped with a tracking number so you can track your parcel.
We unfortunately have no control over the exact delivery time within the Australia Post network and delays are beyond our control.
We ask that you be patient during this time.
What if I bought something before the sale started?
As a small business, we are unable to refund the difference of a purchase made before the beginning of a sale.
We do aim to let our Bare customers know, when possible, of major sales at least two days prior, so we suggest joining our mailing list and following us on Socials to be the first to know of any future sales.
The item I wanted has sold out!
Our Mid Year Sale is always BIG so stock will go quickly. Popular items often sell out fast, so we recommend checking out as soon as you see something you love as unfortunately there will be no rain checks once the sale has finished.
