What is your refund policy for items purchased during the BOFY Sale?
As per our returns policy Bare does not offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased during Sitewide promotions. You can find more information here
Can I use any other discount code during the BOFY Sale?
The BOFY Sale discounts will supersede any other discount codes that are floating around.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We will endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible however there may be delays. You will receive a confirmation when your order is shipped with a tracking number so you can track your parcel.
Please note whilst we do send everything Express Post once your parcel has left our warehouse, we unfortunately have no control over the exact delivery time within the Australia Post network. We ask that you be patient during this time.
What if I bought something before the sale started?
As a small business, we are unable to refund the difference of a purchase made before the beginning of a sale.
We do aim to let our Bare customers know, when possible, of major sales at least one to two days prior, so we suggest joining our mailing list to be the first to know of any future sales.
